My name is Jim Lyons, and I am a commercial pilot, certified flight instructor, and certified flight instructor-instrument. I have always had a passion for aviation and am excited to help others take those first steps into a great hobby or career. Outside of flying, I am a First Lieutenant in the Army National Guard, which has helped me grow my leadership skills, benefiting my role as a flight instructor. In the future, I hope to fly in either cargo or commercial aviation; however, as long as I’m in a plane, I’ll be happy.
